Golden Sun Mining Corp. Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement

VANCOUVER, Nov. 09, 2021 - Golden Sun Mining Corp. ("Golden Sun" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that that it has completed a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of common shares in the capital of the Company (each, a "Share") for gross proceeds of $100,000 through the issuance of 2,000,000 Shares at a price of $0.05 per Share. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Private Placement for general working capital. All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement are subject to a statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.

The securities issued under the Private Placement have not been and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and were not to be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements.
