Regency Silver Corp. announces grant of stock options

VANCOUVER, July 15, 2022 - Regency Silver Corp. ("Regency Silver" or the "Company") (TSXV: RSMX) announces that it has granted stock options to acquire a total of 1,900,000 common shares of the Company to directors, officers, employees, and consultants at a price of $0.07, subject to vesting requirements. All options were granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan and are subject to the terms of the applicable grant agreements and the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The options expire five years from the date of the grant, subject to the optionees continuing to act as directors, officers, employees or consultants of the Company.

The Company has cancelled 750,000 stock options previously held by certain directors pursuant to its Stock Option Plan. The options had been granted on April 26, 2022 at an exercise price of $0.25 and the expiry date was April 26, 2027. The options were voluntarily surrendered by the holders for no consideration.
